During Patrick’s childhood he saw his immigrant family go from zero to owning one of the most sought after beach front pieces of real estate in Miami (Currently valued at over $20M) as well as multiple commercial retail properties that generated over $500,000 per year. Through seeing the American Dream in-person, Patrick learned the ins and outs of real estate and made it his life’s mission to help others build legacy wealth by sharing the secrets of how to invest in real estate.

Shawn’s has nearly 20 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate investment, Oil Trade, and the Hospitality Industry. With commercial and residential real estate and hospitality investments in Wisconsin and Chicago, Shawn has operational and investment expertise that has led to a successful strategic vision of industry leading IRR through cap rates and exits in the nightlife/bar/restaurant industry.
